Hollywood Bowl Celebrates the Black Movie Soundtrack

On September 3rd, Vince Mendoza teamed up with legendary bassist Marcus Miller and a band of rhythm section superstars, along with the 80 piece Hollywood Bowl  Orchestra to play selections from films and black music spanning 70 years.  Arranged by Mendoza, Special guests for the evening included Bilal, Anthony Hamilton, Public Enemy, Maya Rudolf, Gretchen Lieberum, Lalah Hathaway, En Vogue and Craig Robinson as Host.
